What is your return policy?

For a smooth shopping experience, please try on your SOLORA footwear immediately upon delivery while the delivery person is present. If you notice a sizing issue, manufacturing defect, or receive an incorrect pair, you can return it instantly to the delivery agent. Important: Once the order has been accepted and the delivery person has left, returns or exchanges cannot be processed.

How long does shipping take?

SOLORA delivers across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners including Pathao Courier, Steadfast Courier, Carrybee, and other reliable delivery services. Orders are generally delivered within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Delivery may take slightly longer during adverse weather, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays. Our courier agent will contact you by phone before delivery to confirm your availability.

Do you offer a warranty?

SOLORA stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our footwear. If you receive a pair with a valid manufacturing issue, please contact us and submit clear photo or video evidence for verification. Once the issue is verified, our team will guide you through the appropriate return or refund process.

How do I care for my leather shoes?

SOLORA footwear is crafted from genuine leather and should be cared for properly to maintain its appearance and durability. Keep your footwear away from excessive water and direct heat. Clean it gently with a soft cloth and use a suitable leather-care product when necessary. Store your shoes in a cool, dry place when not in use. Proper care will help your SOLORA footwear age beautifully and last longer.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping charges may vary depending on your delivery location and current SOLORA offers. Any applicable delivery charge will be communicated during the order process. We may also offer free-shipping promotions from time to time.
